FIELD IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER (4+ yrs. experience)
Terralab is looking to fulfill a full-time field operations manager based from our Houston, TX office. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience and ability.
Ideal candidates have a passion for landscape architecture and constructed works. Experience with regard to observation of hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and grading is of the utmost importance. Attention to detail, organization, and effective time management skills are also important qualities.

Full Time Candidates
BLA or higher from a US-based accredited collegiate landscape architecture program OR Associates degree from a junior college (if not a landscape architect)
4+ years of experience at a professional design firm or general contractor
Eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship of H-1B visa

Responsibilities:
Site Visits and Inventory for pre-design and design development
Client Management
Field Observation of work by General Contractor partners
Reporting for Client and Terralab project management
Assistance with responses to RFI’s and Contractor payment applications
Quality Control and Assurance for construction documentation
RFQ/RFP Presentation Development Assistance
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred experience with AutoCAD, PlanGrid, Bluebeam and Bluebeam Revu
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER (0-5 yrs. experience)
