Scope:
The developer looked to Terralab to create a unique brand in a saturated market. The project consists of master amenity planning, entry and wayfinding design, trails, landscape, and recreation facilities.
Impact:
Katy Pointe is a phased single family residential and commercial development located in the ever-expanding west Houston market. Terralab is capitalizing on the natural, open character of the existing environment by using mass grading at key open spaces. The use of prairie plantings, strategically placed groves of native trees, and smart-water irrigation systems will be key to the long-term success of the landscape.
